We think it is time to hold the inaugural SARC Ball.
If there is sufficient interest from club members and their friends, we plan to hold a ball on the evening of Saturday, 8 February 2020 in or near Shrewsbury.
The venue will depend on numbers expressing an interest in attending.
The plan is to cap the ticket cost at £35 per head – this will include hire of the venue, a 3 or 4 course meal, a band and lots of fun.
If you are interested – please sign up on the SARC website and indicate how many tickets you would like. When we get an idea of numbers we will ask for payment.
Sign up as soon as possible – we will evaluate numbers in a couple of weeks and make a decision on 18 November 2019 whether to proceed or not based on expressions of interest.
